Learning Records Service (LRS)
The Learning Records Service (LRS) is a portal which lets you create, view and update unique learner numbers (ULNs). Using these numbers allows everyone to share qualification data securely and efficiently.
There is an overview of the information about the LRS as well as:
- guidance about using the service
- a validation tool to test if a batch file you have prepared for upload is in the correct format, saving you time looking for errors
- guidance about accessing the LRS organisational portal, which includes notes about the latest releases
