Payments and recoveries due at R13 and R14

Following uploads to Submit Learner Data, payment and/or recoveries are processed on the 14 working date following the deadline for any return. As per the Apprenticeships Technical Funding Guide, at R13 and R14 the schedule of payments and/or recovery is different. 

R13

Recoveries/payments from your R13 ILR data submission are offset against your R02 earnings prior to payments being made. You should use the R02 and R13 Apps Monthly Payment Report which are available in Period End Reports in the Submission History section of Submit Learner Data. 

R14

Recoveries/payments from your R14 ILR data submission are offset against your R03 earnings prior to payments being made. You should use the R03 and R14 Apps Monthly Payment Report which are available in Period End Reports in the Submission History section of Submit Learner Data.
