Effectively though, you need to discuss with the employer/apprentice whether the change in hours will affect the apprentice's ability to complete the originally agreed quantum of planned hours. If it won't, you don't need to do anything. If it will, you'll need to have further discussions regarding to what extent the duration will need to be extended (if applicable). You'll need to update the apprenticeship documentation, but not the ILR or DAS.

Morning All,
We have a learner who was a full time worker before they went on a BIL. They have just returned to learning but have reduced their hours to 22.5. Do I need to extend their learning planned end date accordingly?
