QAR data - clarification on Hybrid End Year

Hoping someone can help with clarification.
If a learner has a learning planned end date of let's say 30th July this year (22/23) but their expected end date is 30th October 23 (end of EPA period) and they have an achievement date of 10th October 2023 and their record at R14 has been updated to show 2:1, will their achievement count in 22/23 or 23/24 QAR data?

23/24 because the AchDate is after 1 August.
Also, you shouldn't really record these learners as 2&1 in R14, they should be 1&8 because that's what they were at 31 July (I realise this is tricky in some student record systems)
