Hi,
Would the Apprentices with an ATA count as employees?
So an ATA has 10 actual staff. They could say they are a small employer until they have 40 live apprentices.
The reason I ask is we have an ATA who is getting money transferred from a employer who has run out of Levy. So the employer contribution is required.
