That's easy. We don't. Shouldn't be "aims" for things that aren't teaching*, we just count up all the hours and put it in the EEP field.
*very carefully not saying "qualifications" here, mainly for our Entry level, LDD/EHCP/High Needs learners who can be studying non-regulated aims which would be in the ILR but the hours for which still go in the EEP box
