P276.1 You can continue to deliver the apprenticeship’s training as long as all the remaining elements, including the end-point assessment, can be successfully delivered.
It sounds like the situation you describe would fail this element of the above exception, so unless there are provisions in the assessment plan which cater for things like this, yoi may have to withdraw the learner

Hi, we have an apprentice who is going to be made redundant. They have completed more than 75% of the practical period, so I am aware we can support them for the rest of the apprenticeship and through EPA. The issue is, they are doing Customer Service and as part of the EPA they need to have an observation - how would we be able to achieve this? Has anyone else had this scenario with similar EPAs?
