Are you referring to an apprentice ?
If so I’d yes as we now have to place apprentices on a Break if they have not been in Active learning for 30 days.
Even before the above rule came in we would place appeentices on a break that are OOF. What else can we do? Just withdrawal them?

We have a long term OOF who would like a 3 month break in learning for work related reasons. Can we do this? If so as they are a long term OOF, how do we calculate his new planned end date?
