Can any one assist here please, I have a potential apprentice who has Dependant Partner Leave to remain on their visa, He has not been in the UK 3 years. His Partner has leave to remain and has been here 3 years. Is he eligible for apprenticeship funding, or do we have to wait till the 3 years has been reached in October 2023. Thanks

Yeah, think you'll have to wait til October...
If his partner is on Leave to Remain then I can't see them being eligible via the EU citizen route because that requires the principal to have Settled/Pre-settled under EUSS.
