The money should "go back" without the need for a stop as, effectively, it will be netted off the next claim. So let's say there are ten learners generating £200 a month for the last three months, you will have drawn £6k in total, then the three Scots will be minus £600 when they're set to unfunded, so you'll only take £200 out of the pot next month.

Unfunded learners added to ILR as funded in error
Created
Good afternoon all (my favourite subject)
I have 3 learners who we have been claiming funding for in error (they all reside and work in Scotland), this has since been rectified on our ILR and are all now showing as unfunded. My question is, as they are on the employers DAS account and have been coming out of their levy pot, will the funds go back in, and do they need to "STOP" the learners?
Many thanks
Laura :)
