Thank you Martin, we use a system called Databridge used by may specialist colleges for students with disabilities. Looking at the file in Notepad++ looks like it is a change they've made from our last submission, as I can see only only learner ID in Feb submission for destinations, but the ID gets repeated several times in Marc submission I'm trying to get through now. I'm on to them to look at.

Learner Destination Records (High Needs 16-25)

Got an odd error coming up on Learner Destination Records for most entries: "There must be more than one Learner Destination and Progression record with the same Learner Reference Number." Never seen it before and reading spec it says "unbounded" for max number of entries. Some of our learners would naturally have more than 1 - eg a SDE record for going on to independent living and an EMP record for getting into work. Anyone else seeing this and know what problem is? I can work round by reducing entries to just one per learner, but that's not an accurate reflection of their destination!
