Good afternoon,
I have a learner that was enrolled onto a framework EYE level 3 however became and out of funder due to lack of commitment over the programme. They have recently asked if they can reenrol onto the Level 3 EYE Standard and have confirmed they will be committed and should they show signs that there is lack of commitment will be removed.
My gut feeling is that they would not be eligible as they are with the same employer (non-levy) and have used ESFA apprenticeship funding already. I have read over the guidance and there is nothing that is covered in regards to this hence why I am putting this query out there.
We do have access to Free Course For Jobs (FCFJ) funding under AED provision, if illegible to redo apprenticeship, because of different funding stream and no previous achievement would we be able to put them through FCFJ?
