Generic initial assessment costs can be included in your TNP as they're an eligible cost
P104.1.1 Initial assessment to confirm learner and programme eligibility (see paragraphs P23 to P24)
More LLDD specific assessments are an ineligible cost, so couldn't be included within the TNP in the same way
P108.5.1 The costs associated with any further detailed assessment for learning support (see paragraph P80)
If a candidate has suggested they may have an LLDD and a more detailed assessment confirms they do require learning support, you could look at the cost of that assessment as being folded in to the £150 a month you'd then get from the ESFA for providing that support. If the assessment doesn't highlight a need for support, and you therefore don't provide anything additional, you can't claim on the ILR, and the assessment will effectively have been done it for free.

Hello All,
Are we eligible to claim funds for apprentices to have the assessments for screening and the full Specific Learning Difficulties Diagnostic Assessment Report?
Thanks in advance.
