This seems rather unusual?
Clutching at straws a little, but you haven't changed the ULN, have you? Might be best to go back to last year's data and double check? Are you using a "real" student record system or the Learner Entry Tool? If the latter then the possibility of a weird change between one year and another increases I think...

DLOCK-02 No matching record found in the employer digital accoun

We have this error in the Apprenticeship Data Match Report No matching record found in the employer digital account for the ULN. This apprentice started on programme in September 2020 and was on the Apprenticeship Service account. This error has come up since 1 August 2023 and I can't see the apprentice or employer on the apprenticeship service account.
We didn't get this error before this new academic year.
