So, I *think* if the LRS record has an Award Date then that info has come from the Awarding Org, not from the ILR (LRS uses both), so if certification was claimed for the learners that would be where it came from. LRS is, strictly speaking, funding agnostic, it doesn't know or care whether a learner generated funding, only what quals they've done, so this isn't a way to check.

Please can someone advise? From a previous delivery partnership. We were notified by our prime June 2022 that the learners we have had on roll from September 2021 have not been able to go on the ILR?! Having checked the learners LRS, it states that the qualification has an award date. Does this mean that the learners have been claimed for, and we were wrongly advised.?
