Hello,
I've messaged the service desk but slow return, please could some one settle my brain. I know the 25% subcontracting limit is funding line, but is it in the depth of say 16-18 (Employer on App Service) Levy and 16-18 (Employer on App Service) Non Levy.
Or do they treat 16-18 pot as the same regardless of levy/non levy

I'm not 100% sure on this one although with levy we don't have an allocation like levy, as far as I'm aware.
I just know its 25% of the learner numbers per funding stream.
