Funding Clawback info

Are any late reporting for withdrawals or Break in Learnings?

3 of the  learners have completed 9-11 months of their apprenticeships before deciding to withdraw from the course I believe these to be late reporting. I know the EPA cost will have been in the clawback but it doesn't add up to the amount that has been clawed back over the 3 learners and I cant seem to find an amount per learner anywhere.    

funding would be paid up to the month before the learner withdrew, if the learner withdrew on 10Jan and you processed this before R07 was submitted you'd have Jan OPP credited.

I'm not sure I understand the EPA cost part as completion funding is not paid until they have a completion code in the ILR, if the learners were withdrawals the only funding you would have received would have been the monthly OPPs

I've managed to find the info on what was clawed back and why in the Apps Monthly Payment Report for each learner. I think I had just gone over the same document so many times I couldn't see it for looking. Many thanks for the help!
