In general, regardless of their age, EHE learners are treated as 16-19 (eg, they appear on your 16-19 funding line), so I *think* I'd be happy to use Tuition Fund with them, as long as they were otherwise eligible and it didn't bump them into being full time? Bit odd because TF hours aren't recorded as planned hours/EEP, but assuming you're not looking to deliver a lot to them should be fine?
Having said this, think you should probably ask for a ruling because it's definitely not written down anywhere...

Can EHE students access tuition fund?

Hi, we have a number of EHE students with us part time, can they access the tuition fund? the guidance states 16-19 and 19+ EHC but i cant see anywhere stating that EHE students can or can't access the small group tuition. Any advice would be gratefully received!
