Bit off topic this, but working in MIS everything no one else knows how to solve tends to land on our desks! Has anyone else got NHS contracts? You may have if you have High Needs Students and they are contributing to funding. We are being told we have to submit a NHS Data Security Protection Toolkit return - a bit like Cyber Essentials (which they won't accept as equivalent, why is nothing joined up in the UK!). Some issues for us getting that our IT have dumped on my desk as without it we are not compliant with NHS contract. I've got round it in the past by saying we do not access NHS records, but NHS contracting are now saying any provider who holds a NHS contract must do DSPT. Anyone else caught up in this to share the pain?
