Break in Learning - Date of Last Learning

Created

None

Morning all,

I am after some advice regarding the Last Date of Learning when actioning a BIL as I appear to be reading some differing advice:

  • For the Last Date of Learning, does this need to be 'new' learning that works towards part of the Learning Aim?

OR

  • Can this be the date of a Progress Review?

OR

  • Can a meeting be arranged to discuss their progress upto now and the next steps when they re-join the course and this marked as Last Date of Learning?

If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Tom

There needs to be evidence of learning on the day you're temporarily terminating the record, which lends itself very much to option 1 in your list

Aa Ben says....progress reviews themselves are not acceptable as evidence of learning themselves and an auditor would dismiss them as such, sadly.
