Hello, would there be an eligibility issue if the registered company address on companies house is in the USA, even if the apprentice is confirmed to spend more than 50% of their working hours in England (and has an eligible residence status, the right to work in UK, etc)?
The company does have a connected 'UK Establishment' showing on companies house.
