Hi. Yes I had the same issue last week and emailed the helpdesk. They replied with the message below a few hours later and it worked after that:
p.s. It has been a bit temperamental lately and takes ages uploading and deleting ILR files even when it is working...

I have been informed by the developers that this should now be resolved.
Could you kindly try and re-upload those two files again and confirm whether they still fail to upload.

PDSATs upload fail

Good Morning. Does anybody else's files always 'fail' when trying to upload to PDSATs? A colleague has also tried but they are having no luck either. I am waiting to hear back from the helpdesk, but just wondering if this is a common issue? I'm being sad and want to deep dive in to our data now haha. Thank you.
