- If an apprentice changes their provider, how is the off-the-job training calculated; is it based on the full length of stay or just the length of stay with the new provider?
- Provider B can only be responsible for the activity they carry out during their time / involvement in the programme. They must carry out a new assessment of the individual, considering what Provider A has delivered and what evidence there is to substantiate this.
Restart use the original start date and OTJ hours excepting where it is from another provider when the above applies.

Where a learner transfers from another provider to continue an apprenticeship with a new provider (or restarts from withdrawal), do the funding rules relating to OTJ from their original start date apply (e.g. 20% min requirement), or would the OTJ rules be based on the new start date with the new provider (e.g. 6 hours per week min requirement)?
