Yes, there's an ILR Merge tool provided by ESFA. Would strongly recommend trying to keep it all in one place though, either by working with your current supplier to adapt your set up for AEB or by moving to another supplier who can do both, particularly if you're likely to have the same learners moving from AEB to Apps (or vice versa), otherwise it can get m e s s y...

Multiple MI systems - 1 ILR

We currently have an MI system hat we use for our apprenticeships, however it isn't currently set up for AEB programmes, as that is on their road map for later in 2023. Just having a thought on if we were to use a separate MI system for AEB, how would this work from an ILR submission perspective? Is there a way to amalgamate files? Any thoughts/experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
