Rule violation report Error (Small Employer)

We are getting the error ESMType_16 ( The Small employer indicator has been returned and the learners employment status is 'not in paid employment' )
I have had a check on the learners details on our PICS account and we do have the learner down as being employed with a small employer prior to starting her apprenticeship. Any ideas on how we fix this error as we cant figure out why its saying not in paid employment.

On your 'not in paid employment' entry, have you also ticked the small employer indicator? If so, that's your issue. You should only tick the small employer indicator on your employed line
