It is dependant on if the new company has a separate DAS account, if it is the same DAS account with connected employers then you need take no action other than ensuring that the payroll detail for the new connected company is included otherwise you treat as a move to a new employer on DAS and use the move function on DAS to move the learners to the new employer when the new employer has set up DAS.

We also have some learners going through a TUPE process in a couple of months. Just to confirm - if the new employer uses the same DAS account, do we need to issue new App Agreements etc? Do we need obtain evidence and keep it on file for audits that they have added the payroll details for the new employer to the DAS? Is there anything about this in the funding rules (I couldn't find it)? Thank you!
Morning, ones of these learners has gone past their EED (Jan 23) and as been "STOPPED" on the old DAS account from April, we expect them to have completed by Aug and have just ach payment to collect.
The only date I can use for DAS is start from April but as this is being treated as a new employer can I use dates Apr - Aug?
Does this make sense - it is super early?

Can someone advise what I need to do with DAS with regards to a TUPE?
One company is moving their learners to another, do I process this as a new employer with RPL and all that jazz?
