P305 in the Funding Rules will guide you through this process, but it is essentially dependent on whether the apprentice/employer feels the originally agreed upon training plan/OTJ hours are achievable given the reduction in working hours. If the answer is yes, then you don't really need to do anything. If the answer is no, then the PED/paperwork will need to be updated accordingly, but both the ILR and DAS are left as-is.

Part time from Full Time - ILR?

If a learner is moving from full time employment to part time employment (26 hours per week).
Do we need to record this in the ILR and issue a revised Training Plan with the revised end date?
The course she will come back to you she will be given a longer duration but will attend all teaching the same as the full time workers.
