As of right now, the redundancy flag does not exclude people from the QAR and I've not heard any suggestions that it will...
The year of the QAR they'll affect will depend on when their Planned End Dates are (assuming they're not past planned end), not when you withdraw them though.
Clearly an early and urgent conversation with your contract manager should be on your list of things to do. At a time when a provider can have a 1.4% Achievement Rate and still get "Requires Improvement" from Ofsted though (it's HMRC somewhat unbelievably), this may not be the end of the world...

How does Redundancy effect QAR

Hi,
We potentially may have a large amount of students being made redundant following the closure of a number of branches within a levy organisation we work with.
Do you know if they are unsuccessful finding a placement to complete their apprenticeship, therefore resulting in us withdrawing due to being made redundant after 12 weeks (if they have more than 6 months left on programme) does this negatively effect our QAR result in this year? If we are coding made redundant ?
