The PDSAT Privacy notice is in the PDSAT tool under the Useful info menu option but the information only relates to the data relating to the person accessing the tool. Is this what you are looking for? Alternatively the AUP terms do talk about the data still being owned by the uploading organisation

I recently asked ESFA some questions relating to the new online PDSAT tool and data privacy notices etc
One of my questions and their answer is as follows:
Does the use of PDSAT come under the ILR Privacy Notice 2022 to 2023?
a. Whilst the learner information submitted to PDSAT comes under this notice, the actual physical use of PDSAT online by account holders will be covered by a separate Privacy Notice which is available on the PDSAT online page.
I can't find this separate privacy notice anywhere, either on the gov.uk page for the PDSAT or in the tool itself. I'm going to ask the ESFA for a link but wondered if anyone here can point me to it please?
