Hi
We have an applicant who lives in Chepstow, just over the border in Wales but works at an employer on the border, in Gloucestershire, Sedbury, England.
As long as they meet other elig criteria, can we enrol as they would also meet the "Spend at least 50% of their working hours in England over the duration of the apprenticeship"?

Yes, for apprentices, it's only where they *work* that matters.
