I have been asked by my director to check the funding to see if there is any obligation to have Cyber Essentials (PLUS) now as part of our contractual obligation or if having Cyber Essentials is enough, our contract is up for renewal so thought we better check to see if it was a necessity to have this now.
I could not see anything to suggest you have to have the plus version so thought i would seek opinions for this.

It will tell you in your contract whether you need it or not. See to remember it being right at the end towards the annexes.
