DLOCK_2 non levy procured

Hi all, late on in the afternoon so apologies.
I have a DLOCK_2, learner is non levy procured and not on DAS but IS showing on indicative earnings report.
Any suggestions on how I can clear it?

Um, you can't have a DLOCK on a learner who isn't on AS?

Have they got ACT1 instead of ACT2 somewhere perhaps?

Everyone shows in indicative because, well, it's indicative...

Hi Steve, do you mean this, should that be ACT2?

If it's Non-Levy Procured (ie not on AS at all) then yes.

(Although, I almost dread to ask how have you got this far with it set to ACT1?)

Haha - I have no idea and it was put on way before my time and I've picked it up (along with lots of other things) since I started last May.

I'll change it and see what happens - thank you :)
