Hi
We have a potential student who came to live in the UK on a Tier 4 Student Visa. This was over 3 years ago.
They have now received a Skilled Work Visa valid until April 2026. This visa was issued in April 2023.
Are they eligible to be funded on an apprenticeship as they meet to 3 years residency criteria?
