Diploma - Funding Stream and LDNS

Hi, We have been looking at our quals, their last dates for new starts and their validities for the relative funding streams we use.
We have noticed a couple of things that we are trying to work out and need some advice on.
1. We have adult apprenticeships (as an Employer-Provider) on a Diploma in Care L3. Upon checking we noticed that for the adult funding stream it states the LDNS is November 22. The concern is we started a few apprentices on this Diploma in January 23 and about to start some more this month. The January ones have been on the ILR since January and registered fine with the awarding body. We haven't had anything flag about this start date being wrong and we have received funding for the apprentices - HOWEVER I am guessing that this is still a problem as ESFA states LDNS as Nov22 (validity is fine) - Has anyone come across this?
2. We have some other quals that learners are outside the validity of the qualification, however the awarding body looks like they are going to certificate them so they can achieve - however we can't show this on the ILR without errors. We have tried asking ESFA helpdesk but I don't think they really understand my question - Any idea how we close these aims off as achieved without it coming back as error ?
3. Anyone else noticed a lot of the entry level quals last date for new starts are 31Jul23? so no September starts?
