Please can you advise if there has to be the above in place as a stand alone document outside of the training plan and apprenticeship agreement.
We have been identified on a mock audit that we did not provide this doc.

Yes, we still have a service agreement with employers. We include it in our multi multi tabbed Excel Training Plan (AKA commitment statement)
