Diploma - Funding Stream and LDNS

Hi, We have been looking at our quals, their last dates for new starts and their validities for the relative funding streams we use.
We have adult apprenticeships (as an Employer-Provider) on a Diploma in Care L3. Upon checking we noticed that for the adult funding stream it states the LDNS is November 22. The concern is we started a few apprentices on this Diploma in January 23 and about to start some more this month. The January ones have been on the ILR since January and registered fine with the awarding body. We haven't had anything flag about this start date being wrong and we have received funding for the apprentices - HOWEVER I am guessing that this is still a problem as ESFA states LDNS as Nov22 (validity is fine) - Has anyone come across this?
I am about to add a load of new apprentices onto our ILR for May so am trying to iron this out beforehand.

It doesn't matter, Adult Funding does not equal Apprenticeships.
There is *nothing* on FALA for validity of mandatory quals on Standards.
I am still learning all the variances to the language to be honest and in this scenario I can now see what you mean quite clearly! Thank you - I was a little concerned there for a moment.
