It kind of depends on who the subcontractor is and what they’re delivering, in terms of whether it needs to be included at all. Regardless, if you’ve reached the conclusion that you need to refer to the cost of assessment in some way, then there’s no good reason (that I can think of) why you’d want it NOT to match?

Can someone confirm if TNP2 figure (EPA cost shown on the ILR data) must match that shown in the sub-contract?
