I have a L3 learner with an ALL on a break due to Maternity, if they don't come back before the end of this Ac Year how would they be returned to learning in the next Ac Year? From the ALL perspective the loan has been suspended, but when they return how would you handle the ILR data - I can find guidance for AEB but not ALL resumption after a break....
