Apprenticeship Service Price Bug

For the past 6 months or so, I have been experiencing an issue on TAS, whereby I enter a price for a learner, and once I save and continue, the price changes slightly.. A recent example, I entered a price of £25,000 and after submitting, it changed to £24,997 (which is clearly not just a mistake). It has been happening to about 1 in every 50 or so records I process. Whilst this is often easily resolved, it is completely dependant on the employer then approving a price change. The same problem has been happening to a colleague. Has anyone experienced this same issue and if so, did you find a resolution?

Yes, I have also found this, and also it's not just the price I had it today with the DOB, don't know of the reason for it though and it's not something I fancy trying to explain to the AS helpdesk. Just trying to be extra vigilant before hitting send :/

Hi,

Yes I have also had this in the past.  It seems to happen if you scroll down with your mouse - it changes whatever is in the last box you used.  If you click out of the box or hit the tab key it doesn't happen.

I also double check everything before hitting send just to be sure so you are not waiting for employers to approve a price change

Hi,

I have been trying to get my head around what has been happening for so long, but just tested it and you are absolutely right. How very odd! I knew that happened with drop down boxes but have never seen it on input boxes like those. Thank you both for your help.
