Again:
Funding for the new employer should continue to come from your 2022/23 Apprenticeships carry-in (non-procured) allocation.
You would continue to record ACT 2 Apprenticeship funded through a contract for services with the Education and Skills Funding Agency as ACT represents the contract type and not levy/non-levy.

You need to contact the apprenticeship service directly Stephen, they have a process in place to follow for these. It's a while since I last had one but from memory they find a similar qual and funding band and tell you to put them on that one but give them a call and they will be able to advise.

Framework change from non-levy employer to levy & DAS
Created
We have an apprentice who started his Level 3 Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Framework on 28/07/2020 with a planned end date of 28/09/2022. He hasn't finished it yet and is still "Live" in out ILR.
His employer was a non-levy employer and is therefore not on the DAS system.
The apprentice has now changed employers with effect from 30/01/2023 to a Levy paying company.
We've tried to create a DAS record with the start date of 30/01/2023 for him with the new employer but the system won't let us - it says that the Level 3 MME framework selected from the drop-down can only be used for a program starting before 01/08/2020.
How do we get around this? The new employer is quite happy to pay the completion fee from their levy pot
