apprentice transferring away

we have an apprentice who is about to transfer away from us to a new provider, on the same Standard. Would we treat them as a withdrawal? Also, they have exams coming up, so no teaching for the next few weeks. What date would we use for their end date? Never been in this situation before and want to make sure we get it right. Thanks

Yes, they are a withdrawal. You need to use the last day of learning, whenever that was.
