BIL start date in 21/22 - Too late?

I have identified from our DLOCK report that one of our apprentices who has changed employers a few times did not have a DAS record open from June 2022 to September 2022, meaning that they should have been put on a BIL. Is there no way to get around this now that we are in the 22/23 academic year or can I go in to their record and apply the BIL now? The learner has since had another BIL, so I am aware this would mess with planned end dates for their newest record also.
