Hi Gary,
Every one is different with these, it depends on your actual costs for the apprenticeships. I know for us, we do a set cost for the initial assessment based on how much it costs on average for the initial assessment process. We then have a percentage for each standard on OTJ area for example, depending on how much OTJ is needed for each delivery plan. So its up to the training provider to work out associated cost and as long as you can show a breakdown of the 5 areas, like the above, it should be fine - my understanding anyway.

Has anyone got a link to an example breakdown under the 5 current headings.
Does the below for a Team Leader L3 look about right:
Initial Assessment - 3.1%
Off-the-Job Training - 59.5%
Material and Consumable - 0%
Peripheral Costs including Assessment - 17.1%
Programme Governance, Management and Administration - 20.3%
