If the learner didn't complete the EPA activities then you can't mark them as completed, they'd need to be withdrawn (sadly).
In order to be recorded as ‘Completed’ (Completion status code 2), both the training and end point assessment activities for the programme must be completed. An end point assessment that has resulted in a failed outcome can be classed as complete as long as the learner reaches the end of the end point assessment period, rather than withdrawing. If either of these have not been completed, then the programme aim cannot be recorded with Completion status code 2.

Completed but not achieved

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help with the below please:
I have a learner that has completed their practical training and gone through to gateway, they have sat one element of gateway and failed (there are three to this particular standard), and then decided to withdraw rather than re-take. As far as i am aware they are still a completed (retained) learner, however, they have not achieved.
With a previous learner i have used the achievement date as the date they failed EPA but that was the final part of their EPA, with this learner only having sat one element of EPA and failed I dont believe that applies.
At the moment i have submitted the learner as:
Programme aim:
Completion status: 2 completed, actual end date added for gateway, outcome 3 no achievement, achievement date: blank (as the learner hasn't sat all elements of EPA)
However, i have submitted this today and have an error of needs achievement date
Can anyone help with how to record this learner?
Many thanks,
