Within the FIS export file should be an already zipped folder, like below, which is what you upload to the PDSAT in order for it to interrogate the data:

If you're not getting that zip file, it may be that you need to update your FIS or review your settings. This was talked about earlier this week, though the outcome was seemingly that it just doesn't appear to be working for some people, for some reason - Further education and training providers community - PDSAT sampler - Failed
I'm still battling to get the FIS to produce a report the ILR five weeks later. No real joy from the ESFA Helpdesk who keep stating the error is a lack of RAM despite us confirming that at no time does the RAM run out.
Does anyone have an ESFA Support contact I could escalate to? They are ignoring my requests for one.
Thanks
Hi Ben
Can't help on a direct contact I'm afraid, but, as a workaround, have you tried putting FIS on a different machine? We were definitely having problems on our virtual box, where it seems to have been disc space that was the problem. Cleaning it out so there was a couple of gig free seems to have solved it (no idea what the threshold might be, there was *a lot* of junk in the recycle bin!).

FIS Upload to PDSAT
Created
Hi All,
Can i please just ask what file people are using when uploading FIS to the new PDSAT dashboard? The guidance is pretty vague. You can only upload a zip file so I've tried zipping all the reports FIS generates and uploading them but it doesn't work. I've also tried just using apps indic (a report with all our learners on it) but have had no success. I can't figure out if the FIS upload just doesnt work yet or if i'm doing something wrong!
Many Thanks for any help/advice
Jenny
