Afternoon I was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice of what to do in a situation where a learner exceeds a qualification expectation enough to jump an entry level higher.
The example would be; a learner is entered for an entry 2 qualification, this is entered onto the ILR with the start times but by the end of the academic year the learner passes their entry 2 exam with flying colours -> is then tested at entry 3 and is within reach to pass (1 mark off of passing.) The suggestions from staff would be to put the learner through for the exam.
What I am wondering is how we would or could record this on the ILR without looking suspicious. From my perspective I don't see how we can claim for two qualifications within a month of each other without falling foul of suspicious activity.
I've thought of doing a transfer onto an Entry 3 end and start times and taking the claim on the Maths E3 qualification solely but the learner has also passed their Entry 2.
Does anyone have any advice about how one might go about recording this?
