DSAT - Apprentices not meeting minimum duration

Created

None

Our DSAT report is showing an apprentice under the "Apprenticeship standards minimum duration exceptions" section, this apprentice is meeting more than the minimum duration and is still currently a student, however they were previously on a break in learning so their old Z prog is still set as suspended status to reflect the break in learning.

The original start dates and restart indicator have been populated for the learning aims and new Z prog.

Why would this apprentice be pulling through to the report?

Because the logic of the report:

Identify learners with apprenticeship standards programmes < 365 or 372 days overall planned or actual duration (depending on use of LearnActEndDate field) AND FundModel in (36, 81).  Then return all learning aims for learners identified.

Doesn't exclude restarts. I think this is a feature, rather than a bug, so you can confirm that everyone one there is a restart (it's easy to not flag it!).
