I keep getting the above error regarding the LLDD Health. It states that the learner has identified that they have a LLDD Health Problem but the LLDD Health details have not been returned, however the details have been input. We use ebs Central, is anybody else having a similar issue?

Have you maybe not marked one as "primary"?
Worst case, open the ILR xml file and have a look to see what's actually there? Never had a massive problem with EBS and this?
I'm getting this problem with 4 learners today - all is well in EBS, but I am not able to find anything in the extract about the Needs, even with learners who have gone through SLD successfully
Thanks Lisa - the mapping does seem to be fine and others who have Dif dis are going through without error. Have popped a call into Tribal to try and get a solution - appears to be a bit random
