There's nothing to stop you, but as you won't have drawn down any funding (the main point of a BIL being to pause funding) you may want to consider just withdrawing them and starting a fresh once they've come back. It won't count against you on your QAR because the actual duration would be less than the qualifying period, and it might end up being 'cleaner'

Can a learner be put onto a "break in learning" if they're still within the 42 day qualifying period? This is for Apprenticeships
