QAR is based on the latest date between actual, planned (what you are reporting in the ILR) and the reporting year (academic year you process the record as achieved/withdrawn.)
If they are due to complete in Sept but they finish in 22/23, you’re receive the balance of their OPPs this year but it will still count as an achievement for 23/24 as that is the later date between the planned and actual actual.
It took a few conversation with a colleague to get QAR clear in my head.

Advice please, we have learners who's practical period end date falls this academic year but their programme end dates falls two months into 2023-24,if we were to bring these in early, will these count towards 2022-23 QAR as they have hybrid end dates.
We have learners who could achieve quicker than those expected to end this year and want to secure EPA dates with these if they will count in 2022-23.
I believe they will count by i need to confirm this to my SLT
